About the practice
With our specialist services in commercial law and litigation, we are well placed to assist you with your legal matters. We are small enough to cater to your individual needs, and we pride ourselves on quick, top-quality and well-informed legal services.
We attract discerning clients from as far afield as Spain, England, Scotland, the USA and the Sultanate of Oman. Closer to home, we are regularly briefed as legal advisors to projects in Angola, Mozambique and Namibia.
Services
Litigation
A full service covering all aspects of litigation. We represent clients in civil, commercial and criminal matters in the lower courts and the High Court, up to the Constitutional Court. Litigation is expensive and time-consuming, so we resolve matters as quickly and efficiently as possible. We may be relatively small, but we pack a big punch.

Commercial agreements, disputes and advice for businesses and their owners.
Trust law
Setting up and administering trusts.
Electronic law
Advice on electronic transactions, online business and related legal matters.
Pro bono
We are proud to assist the Children's Hospital Trust, the fundraising arm of the Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital, the only dedicated specialist paediatric hospital in Southern Africa. childrenshospitaltrust.org.za
A good relationship between attorney and client starts with a clear understanding of fees. On request, we'll send you a memorandum setting out how our fees are charged, our payment terms and how we work.
